What we collect

Your answers about your idea, your email address, technical data (approximate region, device type) and product analytics events (e.g. when a chat is started or a score is viewed). We do not collect names, payment card numbers or government identifiers.

How we use it

To generate your score and report, deliver them to your email, prevent abuse of free limits, and improve the service. Idea answers are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) solely to classify your answers; they are not used to train models by us.

Marketing emails

When you submit your email to see your score, you agree to receive a copy of the score and a few short follow-up emails about validating your idea. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing permanently stops marketing emails to your address. Transactional emails (your score copy, your paid report) are part of the service you requested and are sent regardless.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on our servers and retained while your session and report remain available. Email hello@scoremysaas.com to request deletion of your data at any time.

Third parties

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; analytics are first-party. We do not sell personal data.
