The paid report is a digital product generated automatically and delivered within minutes of payment confirmation.

When a refund applies

If your payment is confirmed but the report is not delivered to you within 24 hours, contact hello@scoremysaas.com with your payment details — we will either deliver the report or refund the payment in full.

When it does not

We do not refund delivered reports based on disagreement with the verdict or score: you receive the free score before deciding to purchase.
