14-day decision guarantee

If the report did not help you decide whether to build your idea, email hello@scoremysaas.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full. One email is enough — no forms, no interrogation.

If the report is not delivered

If your payment is confirmed but the report is not delivered to you within 24 hours, contact hello@scoremysaas.com with your payment details — we will either deliver the report or refund the payment in full.

Fair-use limits

Refunds apply per purchased report. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer when the pattern suggests using paid reports for free.
